Autumn is my favorite time of year. I love all the colors. All the warm tones, the browns, and shades of orange and red... I just love it! I don't go for typical 'Halloween' decor. The first thing I did was buy some faux leaves for my vase that sits on my vanity. I got these really cheap at the craft store and they look super cute and festive! I had been getting fresh flowers throughout the summer but it has been nice not having to replace them every other week. Next on my vanity was my perfume. My perfume tray is vintage and belonged to my grandmother and luckily most of my perfume's match perfectly with the colors of my room. I added some tea lights and a little gold frame to complete the look.
For my bedside table, I went with a simple design. My nightstand has been a bit crowded so I wanted to make it very minimal. I love this tray I got from the Opal House Collection at Target. I topped it with some wooden candle holders and my favorite autumnal candle from Bath and Body Works.
Lastly, what room isn't complete without one of those faux fur rugs from Ikea? I decided to place it in front of my record player to add a cozy feel. I love to put on a record and have a nice little place to sit to do some work or just relax.
